Alberta’s is located in the heart of Busselton/Undalup, a beachside community in Australia’s south-west. We are a creative hub for delicious produce-driven food and great hospitality.

We work closely with growers, farmers, and suppliers that share our values. These are the people that inspire us and provide the restaurant with hyper-seasonal, sustainable, ethical, and bloody delicious produce. The respect that we have for our produce pushes us to find ways to minimize waste at Alberta’s.

Our kitchen is at the heart of what we do. Nature inspires us to cook with care and thought and our trading hours change with the seasons to keep our team focused and excited. We also offer private dining, special events, workshops, cooking classes and more.

Our goal is to build an inclusive space, team and concept based around great food that can continually adapt, change, and grow with its surroundings and community.
