Alberta’s is a creative kitchen that currently offers Kitchen, Food and Hospitality Consulting, Special Events, Workshops, and Private Dining. While our restaurant is no longer open to the public, we’re still just as passionate about quality and ethical ingredients, great food and bringing people together in new and exciting ways.

Owned and operated by life and business partners Ben Ing and Kirsty Marchant, we’re excited to share our expertise with you—whether it’s through industry consulting, personalised events, workshops or private dining.
